Royal mail never delivered packages?

I have three packages been sent to me but two of my packages hasn't showed yet. one had a tracking number and it has been setting at heathrow worldwide dc since the 15/12/12. i live in Australia and i have received one of the packages on the 24/12/12. What can i do??
My packages are a 24ct platted iPhone 4s bezel (the metal band around the iphone) and 24ct platted headphone jack ring and screws

Try get in touch with the airport they are likely to be holding it because of contents they may think it contravenes what is allowed to come in or weight of what it is etc. just give them a ring have everything to hand and I reckon they can sort it soon x

If the batteries are inside the phone they may have stopped it travelling by air. If I remember correctly the Aviation regulations have just changed an LITHIUM batteries are no longer considered safe to transport by air. Therefore its possible they have forwarded it on but by Surface Mail.

If you have a twitter account you can contact RM via @royalmail - follow them and include the tracking code and they should be able to advise what's happened. They are very proactive and have a good reputation but don't forget they only operate between 8am and 5pm UK time.
