How do you expand your farm in Farm Town on Facebook?

I cannot figure out how to expand my farm. I heard someone mention before a realtor's office but I do not see that anywhere. Please help. Thanks!

well, on your home farm by the plow and other buttons, there will be another button that says map, click that. then there will be five choices. thay are Market Place, the bank, fuel station, the inn, and realtors office. click REALTORS OFFICE. that will take you to the realtors office, obviously. lol. once you get there, there will probably be about 10-15 people there. click on james, above him, it'll say "i have small lotsand big lots. let me know what you need." then just click the size of land you want. you have to go by size though, so you need to buy each size of land before you can get the next higher up, for example= you have to get size...uhh..14? before you could get 16. and before you could get eighteen you'd have to get 14 then 16 then 18. and so on.
