My Twitter account got suspended by mistake?

Today when I logged on to Twitter, I got a warning that my account was suspended. So, I emailed them and I got a reply and they said it was for opening multiple accounts etc. But, I think this is a mistake because I don't have any other accounts and this is my first one EVER that I just made like less than a week ago. But anyway, in the email they requested I send them a list of my accounts and which ones I'd like unsuspended and planned use... So that's what I did. So what now? I'm really confused about the whole getting suspended for making multiple accounts thing. And will I get my account back??? Thanks in advance.
Question - Thanks! But, I already did that. I sent them a reply to the ticket and told them that this was my only account and they probably made a mistake. I'm kinda worried that they'll just ignore it though. Dx

Reply with your twitter account name and say that that is the only account you have and request that any other accounts using your email or name or whatever are suspended/deactivated because it is not you using them. I hope this works.
