Met a girl in a bar and she asked to follow me on twitter. What now?

I met a girl the other night while I was out and I had a really good time talking to her. At one point she pulled her phone out and started talking about twitter and asked if she could follow me. I was like, um yeah sure, and let her add me. At this point I felt it weird to ask for her number since she sort of already established a way to connect again after that night. Maybe that doesn't make sense but that's how I felt at the time. She DID mention that we should keep in touch and hang out again, so I sensed interest. I'm moderately skilled at meeting girls and getting phone numbers but that was totally new to me and threw my groove off a a bit. I'm NOT an avid twitter user; never done more than follow some celebrities or news feeds and post a few random thoughts. So what should I do next? twitter has all kinds of things like direct messages and mentions and retweets so I dont know what would be the most appropriate or effective. Ideally I just want her # so I can talk to her and arrange to see her again.
