My twitter has been suspended, how to get it back?

Ok, I recently made A twitter like in the end of November I think or begginning of december but, i only got on it for like A week. and I told all my friends on my other social media websites to follow me on twitter, and they did. and I followed like about 1000 ppl thinking they'd follow back. Boy was I wrong, I wake up the next morning to do a little Tweeting, and BAM I can't logg in. Heres the thing see I put in My OLD phone number instead of my new one. and I thought that the person who has my old Number might of hacked it. BUTTTTT I made another account with the name kelly (not my real name) and I typed in My other real account that i cant logg into, and it said something like ooops this person has been suspended you cant view his or herrr page, And I was like really its been like three fucking weeks since I got on my twitter and I took some really nice pictures that I want to put on there! So how can I get it the back and prevent this from everrr happening again, also how can I change the number.
