Can my parents see what apps I'm using on my phone?

Our carrier is Verizon and I am just wondering if my parents can see the apps that I'm using on my phone..? Like, on the bill...is it possible for them to see what apps I've used to connect to the internet? If I were to use the Twitter app...could they somehow see on the bill that I used the internet to access the Twitter app specifically?

Are you downloading sex apps? Smh. Well I don't think they can see unless they take your phone.
