Textbook. Read. Answer questions.

At least you know what you need to answer. Use the index of your book and your class notes to answer the questions. Honestly, it would have taken you less time to research than it did to write out the questions. Most of them should just drop out when you find the right reference in your textbook. If you are having trouble with a question, likely you need to find the definition of a term. For example in your first question you are asked about a Free Market Society. If you know what that is, you will know the answer.

Most of the questions you should be able to find by looking in the index for key words.
