How do I make friends with people I haven't really talked to on twitter/facebook?
So everyday I get on twitter and see my friends chatting up all these people from other schools & people in other grades. I wanna do that.

I'm a new-ish kid and I wanna get to know everyone at school I can.
How could I make friends with someone on twitter I don't know too well?
