i have heard great things about this service and wonder if i should do it. i have 43 followers and i want to use this to grow my photography biz!

Dont go for them. My best suggestion is, go to the freelancing sites e.g. Odesk.com or freelancer.com or elance.com And post your requirements. In an hour many freelancers will apply. Just chose the right one with good previous feedback and portfolio. And you are done. You can also choose your budget there. So thats the best idea.
