How do I get my favourite celebrities attention on twitter?

I am seriously in love this celebrity named Damian McGinty.He is just so talented and down to earth. Not to mention how adorable he is He also has the sweetest personality I have tweeted him a billon times (jk) I usually tweet him about a minute or so after he has just tweetd. I say really sweet things. I NEVER say things like "I LOVE U SO MUCH PLZ SAY HI" because I know that it probably annoys him very much. I want to tweet him a message that will really be special to him and mean a lot to him Nothing that i tweet seems to get his attention What is an amazing message to send to him that will make him smile and reply to me.
So please reply amazing answers. Thanks so much BTW i have a life I dont just obbess about celebs. No mean comments please

He seems to respond to people who are having birthdays. Or who are involved in certain charities, especially ones he is close to. So try something along those lines.

But realize, he has 400,000 people following him. So even though he is tweeting, it doesn't mean he's reading other treats. I'm sure he gets thousands a day.
