Well, I don't really play any of the pokémon installments for ds/dsi/3ds anymore, but I know of a chat/forumsite that's dedicated to pokémon online. The pokémon chatroom is usually always active, but you have to be careful on what you type there. I was banned there for just posting a link to my frikkin' chatzy. Here's some advice: Don't post links and do not type statements in all caps. The mods there are really power hungry.
