Do Palestinians ask for a refund on faulty rockets ?
Sixty out of the 703 rockets Hamas fired during the four days of Operation Pillar of Defense fell inside the Gaza Strip on Palestinian civilians, PMO Spokesman said on Twitter on Saturday.
Only 27 of the rockets fell on urban areas in Israel. Ads |

Like they said above, you get what you pay for; home made unguided rockets would be lucky to manage to hit a population center at all. The more advanced Iranian made weapons are more likely to hit Tel Aviv and Israel's industrial centers.

No. They make their own. However this question does bring to light the fact the Palestinians have money for weapons which they will probably try to acquire in the U.S. and then smuggle into Gaza. The FBI is probably working on some cases right now which involve insiders stealing military grade weapons and selling them to Palestinians.

So much for Iranian quality control
It seems to be on a par with their pilots effectiveness When two "top guns" flying Mig25's cannot shoot down a propeller driven drone flying straight and level, on a clear day, you start to figure out that their bark is far worse than their bite. Think how it would be if Iran actually developed a nuclear weapon They would have a greater chance of blowing themselves up the they would have of hurting their enemy. Maybe we should just let them carry on |

These so-called "rockets" are nothing more than glorified fireworks. Since they make them themselves for the most part, there is no one from whom to seek a refund.
