How to do more stuff with people?

I am pretty young, and my dad won't let me do much at all. I have absolutely no money... I have to pay for all the things I do myself, and I have no job, the only job I can get is babysitting, I went to a babysitting class, but still, I can't get a freakin job. So, how do I do stuff, either cheaply, or free. Remember, we are in 7th grade, we dont go to parks and the closest mall is 45 minutes away from my dads house. Plus, I am not aloud to have a facebook, twitter and my ipod broke, so no instagram either!!
