What do 3rd party comment Twitter, FB permissions MEAN?
You want to comment on a news website, eg NPR. You pick Twitter or Disqus or something, and it says something like: "You are giving NPR permission to post (X), or post Tweets, for you...It will not access...or..."

'Scuse me?

Post WHAT?

"Hillary Clinton's a liar" ?
"This commenter is a do rk" ?

More likely, the 3rd party comments with...

→"Excuse me?"
→"Hate the comment..."
→"Remove that comments... So sick of 'em"
→any chatty responses from the users in Twitter

Good luck!
