To Tell or Not to Tell?

So I go by a pen-name on a writing website. For this, I have a Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Accounts as well. My story has recently gotten popular and I would like to let my family read it, and tell them about me having a pen-name and everything but I am afraid I might get in trouble for being on such websites, even though I have a Facebook and Twitter by my real name already and almost 14 years old, so it really shouldn't matter. Should I go ahead and tell?

You should of provided us with a link to your story, now I want to read it! And yes I think you should tell them !
