Co-Worker Advice - should i tell boss about coworker's twitter acct?
Last week, me and two other coworkers went to our boss about some issues with a coworker (coming in late, leaving early, doing work slowly, not helping with others' heavy load, etc). Our boss said she had noticed the problem and sincerely seemed to appreciate our honesty in coming to her. That night, I happened upon this same co-worker's twitter account. I noticed that basically she had been posting negative and very mean things about me and the others since we have been working together. She also called us racist on 2 occasions. We are very unsure how to proceed. I have never had something like this happen. I would just try to ignore it, but we work in close quarters and it feels very awkward. She has no idea we know. For the past 3 months, she has acted like we are all best friends and has never indicated she had any issues with us. Plus, the racist comments make me very fearful that one day I'll be pulled into a meeting with HR. What should we do? Confront her, go to our boss, ignore? We don't want it to seem like we are gaining up on her, seeing as we just went to our boss over separate issues a week ago. Thank you for any advice.

You should mind your own business. Do your own work and let your boss worry about the other employees.

First, I would take a copy of her twitter account, so she doesn't delete the transactions.

I think, I would go to HR initially. You can tell your boss you were uncomfortable going directly to her because that may put her in the middle of it all.
