YES! I got one about 4 days ago. I love it. It is an amazing experience on the wide screen to browse the web. Defiantly good for work as well.

I've had mine since July 2010 and I love it. I don't have to take my laptop anymore, I can just use my iPad now because basically its a NetBook. If you can wait, in January Apple will have their January keynotes which they talk about updating their MacBooks and iPad. The iPad may be released in January or mid February.

With all these rumours flying around the web about free iPads I had to give it a go myself! I went here http://access.im/5/i07Qe2 and struck lucky!

Hi, surferbabe01, you already have access (via iPhone) to those 300,000 apps of Apple store that are pretty much the only iPad's claim to fame. You should understand the limitations of iPad as it doesn't have USB port and it's screen is highly reflective and is very bad for reading/viewing in many lighting conditions, it's heavy, and very expensive. Most of the those issues will stay with iPad2.
If you care about the price (and who doesn't?), I can recommend Nook Color from Barnes & Noble which is a hybrid Android eReader/tablet and has USB port (unlike iPad). Nook Color has a new generation screen which is anti-glare coated and is better performing in sunlight and for reducing eye strain than iPad's. The screen is one of the best and sharpest on the market and it's viewable at wide angles. It is great for PDF's and apps, can play MP3's and MP4 movies/videos. From the cost side, you can buy two Nook Color's for the price of one iPad or Galaxy tab.
Nook Color has several apps that already come with the device (Pandora Internet radio, QuickOffice, etc.) Also, Barnes & Noble recently released Nook SDK and Nook Developer platform that will allow most of the existing 100,000 Android apps be ported to it. Also, you can use the Social Settings screen to link your NOOK Color to your Facebook account and your Twitter account. You can also import all your contacts from your Google Gmail account. Once you have linked to Facebook and Twitter and set up email contacts, you can lend and borrow books, recommend books, and share favorite quotes with your friends.
