When you love yourself do you get jealous less easily?

Right now I have really low self esteem, I hate myself, I hate the way I look especially!! So I'm really awkward and shy I have no friends because I'm too nervous to be around people because I don't want to be seen because I'm so damn ugly.

I see everyone else with their friends, laughing and having a good time with each other and posting pictures of things the do together on twitter instagram and facebook. And I get so jealous and feel suicidal because I hate my life.

I wish I could be confident like most people are...and actually have a social life. I'm so pathetic I hide in the restroom sometimes instead of going to class because I feel to ugly. I'm on probation because I don't go to school because I think I'm so ugly. I have bad social anxiety just because of my stupid looks!

Yes. The more you put youself down the more you will not love urself. As dumb as it sounds u need to train urself by complementing urself, often. Use a red (for a positive color) dry erase marker and write positve things about you all over your mirror, so you will remeber to read 'em everyday and you will be looking at u when u do it. Do this for thirty days and it u should be doing a few steps better.
