Do you think society becoming more narcissistic is a good thing?

Where will this path of Facebook/Twitter/Instagram lead us? All these pictures of people trying to look good; playing up thier lives to look perfect. Makes me sick. Is this just jealously on my part or am I correct in assuming the people that post pictures about everything they do are a bit narcissistic?

no, but it seems to be natural effect of having more than one needs. humans don't seem to be able to handle prosperity without losing the very essence of what makes humans human
