My accounts(emails,facebook,pandora,etc) keeps getting hacked ?

I lost my phone a while bak and all my accounts got hacked pandora ,twitter,gmail,and my most important yahoo I didnt have no other choice to open new ones but now somebody hacked my facebook account and I cant access cause its locked what can I do to stop this ???

I think the lost phone is found by your close ones who know your pandora, twitter, gmail and yahoo email addres. He verified you phone and changed each and every account password. Otherwise it is very hard to hack each and every your account. All account must be hacked by the close ones.
