How to manage stuff on my Xbox account?

Okay so I have had an Xbox since I was 10 and when I set it up all this parental stuff got set up to and my parents don't remember any of the stuff. There's like 4 Microsoft accounts for it and none of them actually work. If i call Xbox can they help me change it so I am in control of the Xbox? Like my email address associated with my gamer tag and Xbox live account an Microsoft account?

Yes they can, although if you have a twitter account I suggest tweeting @xboxsupport they are extremely helpful and fast
