Can't Access My Twitter Account!!?

ok, Every month, my laptop cleans up automatically; checking for viruse etc. I went to log into my twitter account and it said I needed to reset it. So I did so, but the email couldn't be found in my inbox, spam/junk. It's that or I don't know which email I used for it. I DON'T WANT TO MAKE A NEW ACCOUNT CUZ I HAVE 2,000+ FOLLOWERS. Hope you understand and can help me. Need help urgently please ASAP.
