How can we differentiate in between these two and how these Links helpful for my websites , because that business is not so popular among people and I don't know how can I conver my message to people properly, not even slepts properly last night,

SEM is a whole process while SMO is the part of SEM
SEM stands for search Engine marketing while SMO stands for social media optimization,
SEM = SEO + CPC Still Add Up
While SMO include social media websites including facebook, twitter and so on generally used ti get traffic.
