I am really confused and I dont understand this guy. Well, let me tell you everything. He is very cute, tall, and he is pretty well known around school. People know me almost as well, but i dont choose to look like a slut. I am pretty (not trying to be conceded), tall, and i think he might like me. He has blonde hair, I have blonde hair. I have blue eyes, he has blue eyes. He is obsessed with sports, I am obsessed with sports. I have let so many relationships just fly by and i really dont want to have regrets with him. I feel like we are meant to be together!

Now, to the "signals". Does he like me? He is in my pe class (high school) and he is relatively shy. He jokes around with me all of the time! Its like he teases me when we play badminton and friendly accuses me of cheating. It seems like we are always staring at each other across the room or when he is lifting (we are in a weight class, its not that serious though, im not a dude). We dont talk that much, but i feel like something is there. Recently, I followed him on twitter and he followed me back within the day i made my twitter, but then i had my friend follow him and he never followed her back. As of today, he was lifting and he doesnt like to try, so as i was staring at him, i saw him do the shittiest clean with no effort and he looked over, i pretended not to look, but as i looked back he was smiling at me. I smiled back. Its these little things that confuse me and i just really want to go for him! but i dont want to be a clingy whore! What should i do? Does he feel the same way? What could i do to make him approach me and flirt? or what? any advice would be great!!! and hes mormon and im not, idk if thats important info to mention tho!

I think he does like you. Be patient. Be friendly and pleasant. Try to show him that you are a kind and caring person. Talk to him when you can about school, sports, music, movies, books, hobbies, special interests, friends, family, pets, events that are happening around you or in your town. Ask him questions about himself. Help him if he needs help. Pay attention to him, listen to what he has to say. Smile. Make eye contact. See how things develop. And you could always ask him out.
