Can you please help me unblock tabs on Google Plus and Twitter?

Somehow I blocked something on my PC that impedes me from clicking on Google+ and Twitter tabs.
For example:
1. On Google+ doesn't let me click on: ALL, FRIENDS, FAMILY or MORE, as well as on "Adds" such as PHOTO, VIDEO, LINK or EVENT; however I can click on the tabs/buttons on the left side, these being HOME, PROFILE, EVENTS, COMMUNITIES, ETC.
I also can't search for anyone by typing their names on the search bar within G+
2. On the other side, I can seem to see Twitter's COMPOSE NEW TWEET square except a blue square to click on.
Recently I tried removing BROWSE TO SAVE ADS which started appearing at the top of my twitter feed... dunno what the hell I did... maybe that's the thing.
Anyone out there willing to help a guy out?

You want to re-install the computer system, so that there will be effects; or you landed from another computer to your facebook and twitter account to see if they are not normal.
