How do i quit all my social networking sites? its hard....?

Ive been trying to for a long time. But I'm kinda weak so I always go back. The reason I want to quit is because it actually depresses me more than makes me happy. Like twitter, there's so many mean people, and boring things. And people complaining about their lives, I don't like it. But I go there anyway .

Facebook is just boring. Why do I care what other people are doing Haha not to sound rude. And I get yelled at on a daily basis on different sites. I also feel like id get a lot more great things done without all the social sites. Instead of reading exactly what everyone else is doing I could be cleaning or painting or writing. I just don't like any of it but I keep coming back. I want it completely all out of my life. All of it. All I NEED is music and my family. And I have it! Anyways can you help me just quit it and not come back?
