TWITTER: Can people reply to my tweets if my account is private?
My Twitter account is private but I'll occasionally send tweets to people that aren't following me (like celebrities). Can they see the tweets, and if so, can they reply to them?

@replies you send to people who aren't following you will not be seen by people who aren't following you because you have not given them permission to see your Tweets. Sorry.
