Why are girls so into with themselves? TEN POINTS?
Girls on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram literally have DOZENS (some even hundreds) of photos of themselves just posing. Having a lot of pics is fine, but they should be say, hanging out with friends/family...Not you trying to look like a sex pot, sitting on the bathroom counter.

We really don't need 5 pictures a week of you wearing a sexy outfit, poking your lips out and sticking your butt out. WE GET IT BXTCH! YOU ARE ATTRACTIVE! The desperate attention seeking makes them unattractive though.

Why are young women like this?

And this one girl on twitter is ALWAYS subtly complimenting herself in her tweets. Talking about all of her followers on Instagram, how big her butt is, how much of a sexual freak she is etc.

Attention whoring. They do it because it makes people pay attention to them. It's more about ego gratification rather than anything else.

It's the way they are, just how us men like to masturbate daily, never wash our hands, play xbox, hog TV, get drunk, eat pizza and get into bar fights every evening/.

i know a lot of girls who do this... and it bothers the shitake out of me... and some girls are just born sluts! so i guess we've gotta get used to it... but the reason why they do this is because they are full of themselves. and yes its annoying but thats just the way some people are Tongue

They don't know they are attractive until someone they like tells them they are attractive. That's why they keep fishing for compliments, to see if they can dredge up those people. And they post those type of pictures and so many of them hoping to catch the attention of those people.

I'm a girl and I wonder the same thing, I think they know they're attractive and want to show it off - maybe looking for compliments, especially when they put 'eww I look so ugly in this pic' in the description

I agree with you. It's funny when on Facebook these girls have like twice as many pictures as they do friends. We dont need you to take ten pictures every time your near a mirror. A lot of the poses that they do aren't even attractive.

I'm a girl, and I can't stand it. The same girls that take dozens of pictures of themselves every week are the same girls who use the same poses, same expressions, etc. I mean, I have a friends on Facebook who post five pictures of themselves in one hour, and they ALL LOOK THE SAME. Like, seriously. It's as if they copied the same photo of themselves and just kept uploading it with a different description every time: *sticks tongue out in picture* "Lhh I am so weIrd!" "Don't care!!" "*some random quote about life* ##realtalk"

Then, I see girls who are constantly talking about sex, or dressing as scantily as they can without being called a slut. There are also the girls who just keep posting random quotes to make them seem more intelligent, or more deep, than they are in real life (I'll see three girls post the same quote that they find on the Internet). They're always posting about the same problems, or hashtagging every# other# word#. Or, they post about the most absolutely blunt things in the world. "Don't eat salt by itself! LOL!"

Social networking is rising, and with a lot of younger people, it has turned into a popularity contest. Most people want to post statuses and pictures that they think will get them a lot of "likes," instead of what is really going on with them in their personal lives.

Girls will think, "Oh, I got 20 likes on my picture! I am so hot!" Even though she has, like, 600 friends. They want the attention because if they write a status or take a picture that other people will see got a lot of likes, they'll feel popular, or important, and so they will feel better about themselves. That's why they're addicted to Facebook, Instagram, etc.

Hope this helps. Smile Bah. -_-
