How can a homeschooler get a girlfriend?

I came to the US when I was 12 from Korea. and never get to have a social life.

now im 15 and i want to have a girlfriend.

I can't drive yet. so I can't go anywhere without my parents permission.

Also I live in texas so everything is so far to each other. (not a walking distance)

I don't go to Church because Im a athiest.

And not allowed to go to the mall. or either facebook or twitter.

what do I do????

Try some volunteer work? That usually goes over well with parents and you can meet lots of interesting people. Look at your theatre or arts centre.
Try getting a job somewhere with lots of people your age? A movie theatre, a fast food place, store in the mall. Or a job where you meet lots of people, work at a sports store or a clothing store.
Maybe join a sports team?
Get a bike, bike around a lot. Gets you in shape and is an easy way to get around.
