trying to get my old inactive twitter account deleted?

I have a Twitter from a few years ago and It's really embarrassing. I can't remember what password I used though and I deleted the email it was linked to couple years ago. Would having 5 people report it as spam a few times be enough to get it Deleted?

Without Having Access to your Twitter No Way to Get it Deleted Reporting it is Not going to Do it Unless your Twitter Has Spam Tweets Or Anything Like that
