What to do about stubborn people who wont admit they're wrong?

I have two friends who are not the best of friends. They were both in the wrong to start with but now Friend A is taking it too far, she looks on friend B's twitter and accuses her of every status being about her and refuses to have anything to do with her (eg. teh other day we were doing secret santa and she was really reluctant to put friend A in it, being really quite pathetic) . Friend B is happy to look past it all but A is far too stubborn and wont admit that they werre both at fault, she thinks its all friend B's fault.

Any ideas? its causing a lot of tension within our friendship group.
