How to enjoy Twitter?

Even though I have a Twitter account as well as have some 70+ followers, I've never used it seriously. I've never got in contact with my followers or those who follow me. I sometimes tweet, but nobody game me any reply; while I have some friends on Facebook who give me some comments on my post. How can I expand my friend community on Twitter?

i have the same problem. twitter can be boring and i'm always trying to get a retweet from someone famous but it never works. i don't have many followers on twitter but my advice is to follow me on twitter and then you will start enjoying it.
