No. You don't even see that persons updates and that person will automaticaly delete from your friend list which means you aren't a friend with that person anymore.

When you block a person, Twitter hides your acc from that person. He can't find out your acc neither he can see your tweets or any activity on twitter.

But if he creates another account to stalk you, he can see unless you keep your tweets protected.
