there one way I know how to do it for both facebook and twitter but it will only work from different link you setup and not from your main facebook or twitter link .

this is good because you don't won't your friends or relatives to see the capture form pop up on their face every time they wanna check your facebook

you need to use this tool to make a capture page pop up on your facebook or twitter from a specific link only which you can use to send to your leads, I have left a link below, the video on their website will explain how you can do it
