How should I talk to her?

I just followed this really cute girl on twitter. I'd like to start talking to her but I think it'd be creepy if I direct messaged her. But I've seen her around school before. She's a year younger than me, and I've never talked to her but I've been around her. I don't wanna just walk up and say hi and walk away either. I favorited one of her tweets, but that didn't work. Help? Suggestions?

Next time you see her ok ! make small talk with her , make it a fun and playful way of saying walking up to her and saying hi , because 1 she'll be blown away by your confidence 2. she'll be interested in what u have to say. at then end ask for her number(don't get all serious when u ask her )

It won't be creepy if you just say hi to her but, it'll be creepy if you asked her out directly. You should at least say "hi." If she replies back, it's a good chance to start up with a friendly conversation. Get to know each other but, I suggest you not to ask her out unless you've known each other very well and use friendly words;but, no flirting unless she flirt at you first. Be a gentleman so that she can trust you and can have a great chance to hang out with you. If she likes chatting with you and replies back at your messages, it shows that she's interested but, if she doesn't, leave her. Never use vulgar or offensive words in a conversation. Be cheerful and don't be boring in a conversation. Always reply back immediately and be humble because girls loves gentleman very much. Have respect to her.
