Will my current followers still be able to see my tweets after I've protected my account?
My twitter account used to be open before but then I decided to protect my tweets. Will the followers I had before (those who followed me when my account wasn't locked yet) still be able to see my tweets? Or they still have to send a request to me?

Yes. The account will only be protected for the future and is not retroactive.
