I want to set my twitter picture with a GIF?

I've tried, I click choose existing picture, I choose the gif and when it says move the picture to however you want it the picture is moving. I click set.. It sets but the picture will not move. How do I set it? Thanks.

the moving gif function has been recently removed. there are ways around it, but you'll have to go to great lengths-id just recommend using a normal picture.
