What will the police about this?
I got someone I have been fighting with on twitter's number from a website online, posted it on my twitter. Then called it 2 times, I didn't say anything, I forgot to block my number. What will the police do if he calls them, and my cell provider? Thanks.

You didn't harrass them so you won't even see the police. Just delete the number and forget about it. You haven't done anything wrong.
