Should I give my ex girlfriend a Christmas present?
We just broke up but I had already bought her a gift. And this is more of a break and the breakup was mutual. Like no ones really mad at each other but I'm trying to get over her. Should I stop by her house and give her the gift?
Also the main reason for the break is to see if it'll make her realize she wants me still. Like we were doing long distance and its really hard for her cause she has to lie to her parents and stuff. We've been dating for a year and 4 months and I also want to do things to help her realize she still needs me.

No. You need to stay away from her. If you keep trying to see her (via meeting her in person, looking at her facebook/twitter page) then you will never get over her.

Give yourselves some time to heal, here. I know you still like her, but everyone needs some time.

Keep the gift, maybe you can just hang onto it for a while and if the opportunity arises, give her the gift. Or give it to someone else.

Since it was a mutual break up, I would say yes! You wouldn't really be doing any thing wrong. Maybe if she had a boyfriend already, then maybe not.. But if you already have to gift you should still give it to her. Since she may still be thinking about you since after the break up, and the gift may make her think you're thinking of her.. maybe LOL. But I would give it to her though.. (good luck Smile

But if you're trying to get over he, depending on the gift.. you may just want to give it to another friend you have whose a girl (depending on what it is).
