Why aren't my messages sending? Answer Please :(?

I've had this problem for a while, my bbm messages aren't sending , they send for 10minutes then afterwoods they stop sending , I can receive them , I'm on my phone practically 24/7, I'm on it now. Everything works , twitter , facebook, this but my messages won't send on bbm its fustrating! There's no point have a bb if my bbms not fully working. , should I take it in to carphone warehouse and ask them for advice or what?.. Any help, and yes I do restart my phone everyday atleast twice! After I restart my phone it works again for 10 minutes then stops. Help please?

I would first try to take it to a Blackberry pro to see if they have a solution, and they might just tell you to do a factory reset, which maybe you should just try that AFTER backing up all of your files.. good luck!

U need to Reinstall BBM software......or call to service center they will suggest u better.
