How do you make a picture thats over 700KB to 700KB for Twitter profile picture?
Please help me and quick? My picture is to big and i want to make it smaller for my twitter picture.

Uh, you can't force an over sized photo to fit, that's the whole point of giving you the size parameters in the first place. You'll just have to find a smaller photo like everyone else. S

Sorry if this disappoints you, but you're going to find a great many things in life that have a firm structure that allows no variances.

This is just a small inconvenience.
