How to see my old tweets in twitter?

i want to see my old tweets in my twitter account, i've tried many ways to look it, from manual (in twitter) until third party application that can allow me to see my old tweets, but the problem is there's none that of application can allow me to see my old tweets, i talking about my old tweets about 4-5 months ago, and the application only allowed my to see about 1-2 months ago. so how?
please help me, because there is an emotional reasons why i want to look my old tweets. thanks
