How do i follow someone on twitter but not get their tweets?
I follow people back on twitter & some people speak another language or I don't really like their tweets.

Actually to the best of my knowledge Twitter doesn't allow you to do this. You can use Tweetdeck and filter what some people posts as tweets. They will not show up on your Twitter page.
