I suddenly lose my interest to work before I actually start the job.?

I always apply for a job as a chef and I always get the job. Of course I always feel excited to work, but as soon as the first day of the work comes near, i start to lose my interest to work and realizing that I should just focus on our small family business. The income of our business is quite good. But there are times the I think I have to work and be employed.
So, do you think I really need do find a job or should I just focus on my business?
Is there something wrong with me for feeling I that i need a job the suddenly losing the interest to work?
This also happens when I try to start something like going to gym, enrolling in a class etc. then suddenly losing the interest.

It appears you reach out for either i.e. job opportunities, education, physical etc. when you become bored with your life and ownership for a period of time. Your business in order to continue thriving consistently needs new i.e. marketing, updated food items, current alcoholic drinks, upgrade interior and exterior, website should periodically be updated etc. Then you can concentrate on adding some social activities or educational courses to your agenda but one at a time and decide to complete.
