how to unblock someone on twitter if you dont remember their usernames?

my little cousin (she's 10) was goofing around with my twitter and my sister came and told me she had blocked several people on twitter (she blocked about 7 users) and we dont know who they were...and i dont want to set up a new twitter...so how can i unblock them if we dont know who they are? i asked my cousin and she doesnt remember...help please? thanks

I Recommend u to not to create a new account on the blocks since the people u blocked wont know that u blocked them and if it were ur friends when u visit there page u can see a unblock person message to the right so u can unblock ur friends . but if u still insist on unblocking try the app at ur own risk

and also i may add
Ur cousin who must be cute may hv not done it . if she had done it spend some time with her as she may be lonely and may hv done it to grab some attention from u (she like u XD or devilishly bright ).
