It's really hard to find dating sites for teens because of the dangers that come with it and the possible liability that the website owners would have to have. However, if you make a Tumblr (a blog that has numerous options), you can easily meet people. Like Twitter (if you've ever heard of it or have it), you can make tags with hashtags about your posts and people can find it. While it can be frustrating at first as you may not get that many followers, as you begin honing in on a specific topic or way your blog looks, you'll find more people (usually teens) that will like it and probably message you. You can do the same by searching certain tags (such as "puppies" or "Justin Beiber" and you'll find posts and pictures that have been tagged with that. If you find someone's viewpoint interesting or you think they're cool, you can go to their profile and send them a message or follow them. Tumblr does take getting used to, but if you stick to it, you'll learn it with time.

Habbo may be another one you can use. While it's not for friends, you can definitely make friends while playing in a virtual world. Habbo is basically a chat room in the form of a cartoon world. You make your avatar and can go around to different places to swim, chat and just be with other people. They have the bar scene, beaches, night clubs, etc. I don't know if you'dl ike it, but it's worth a try.

It's going to be hard to actually get on Social Networking sites to make friends (excluding Twittter, though I don't know how easily you'll make friends on a site like that).as those are geared toward people who already know a few people with a profile and want to connect. Your best bet would to be to join a website that caters to your hobbies (If you don't want to do something like Tumblr or Habbo, which are merely a few of many, though these are the first that came to my mind. By finding a website that brings together people who like to do the same thing, you can interact and mingle with people like you, which many time is majority teenagers. Many times it's harder to make friends on sites designated for that than it is by doing so passively on a site catered to another hobby. If you need ideas or more help, feel free to message me. I'm always here to help. Hope this helps.

*PS* You could try TrevorSpace if you are part of the LGBT community (or an ally I think). I wasn't sure if you were and I didn't want to get your hopes up. It's a safe place for the LGBT and is like Facebook, but without your having to know people. The link is below.
