How to change image size? (please answer!)?
there's a certain image I want for my twitter background, but the size is over 800k, so how can I make it smaller?

If you download "GIMP" you can make the image smaller in size.

Try Pixlr, it's a free online image editing suite (no software needs to be installed or downloaded).

find it here: http://www.pixlr.com

Just upload your image, make it smaller and save it back to your pc.
