crush tweets? how to respond..Urgent?

ok, well last night I was up really late, and being on lack of sleep I get really immature and I dont remember doing things. Well last night apparently I got on twitter and put "Awkward confession: I like 3 guys, 2 of which are my followers" and I only have 5 followers. Well I got on this morning because one of the guys I like replied to a tweet and I was like "what did he respond to" and I looked and saw my tweet and I was like O_o
ok well he put : Could it be? Could it be? Could one of these possibly be me?
how should I respond? I feel bad leaving him hanging.
I know its over the internet, but I was wondering if maybe I should put call me, or text me, or talk to me at school on monday.
