All of the Models from America's Next Top Model FAIL in the modeling world?
Is it true that most of the winners or runner ups or contestants fail in the model world? I followed some past contestants and winners on facebook/twitter/instagram, and all their doing is NOTHING! Maybe a little photoshoot for some friends or some minor advert jobs. but they definitely fail in the hi-fashion world?

yes when they win americas next top model they get a contract for a company for a year or two but after that they have no contracts and companies go and get new girls and younger ones. they dont like to keep the same girl too long because its a business and people dont want to see the same girl over and over

It's true

First of all, they are all too old to start. Agencies rarely sign new models over the age of 17 but you have to be 18 to get on ANTM. The reason is, most models start at 14 or 15 and get experience so by the time they turn 18 they have experience and can start getting the big runway shows like Chanel. Gucci, etc. These type of high profile jobs rarely go to new models -- usually the models walking in those shows have been working for a few years. Look at someone like Gisele -- she spent 2-3 years modeling for teen magazines in Brazil before she ever started doing runway shows in the US or Europe. Same with Miranda Kerr -- she started off at age 13 in Dolly Magazine in Australia, a teen magazine, and did teen jobs for a few years.

Second, if these girls really were model material, they would have already been snapped up by an agency. They would not need to go on a TV show to get into the business. If they had what it takes, they would have been able to submit their photos to any agency and get in that way

Third, agencies don't like being told who they have to sign -- and they only sign the winner of ANTM to get publicity for their agency. But they rarely keep the model after the year contract is up
