please delete digi-me?

Facebook, Twitter, tumbler, yahoo, google+, youtube, wordpress, blogspot.....the list goes on.

there are countless social networks now and most people have atleast 3 to 4 sites where they have an account. but we are still humans. and as humans we will eventually die. but what will happen to the accounts when we are gone. will they continue to exist, leaving photos and our thoughts on the internet forever for all of the world to see?
if so, is there a way to kill the digital me? is there a way to have all my accounts deleted for me when i am gone?
maybe a way to lock down all the accounts linked to my E-mail from beyond the grave

You need to have a copy of all of your online userids and passwords, along with their urls in a file. Update it as needed. Put it on a separate hardrive for backup purposes.

In your will, state you've created this file and where it's located. That way, someone can clean up after you.

I have a friend who regularly sends me her updated info in case something happens to her.
